Unexpected / Intermittent Authentication outage

The Technology Services Centre is currently experiencing Intermittent outages with its Shibboleth Authentication systems. 

Services affected by this include Desire2Learn(MyCourseLink), MySuccess Portal, Athletics, and SimplyVoting. While we continue to investigate issues with this service, Students can still access MyCourseLink and MySuccess directly via MyInfo. Once logged into MyInfo, Students can access quick links to these services. 

TSC will continue to update the Lakehead community on its progress.
